Registered users can communicate with each other by sending private messages and official letters. They can reply to their received messages and see the thread of messages. Unregistered users can send their requests to the organization and those requests can be replied by authorities in the organization. Clients (Customers) can submit their orders which then can be attached to Invoices. The organization can make contracts with its clients and collaborators (employees) and try to agree upon it with them that then those contracts can be attached to invoices or expenses.
